Let's Be Investigative (Part 1)

Hello Friends,
Welcome to my Blog. I hope you all would be in the pink of your health.
I have decided to start a series named as “Let's Be Investigative”
where we will find answers of such questions which we see on the regular
basis of our life but we hardly give importance to know the answers behind them. So, here we will find answers behind such causes.

So, Come-on let’s get started.

Q1] At many places like Malls we have seen the posters of ‘Watch 3D, 4D, 5D, 7D, 9D, 11D Movies’. Do such dimensions actually exist? How are such videos made?

Ans

First of all, the thing that we have to know is: if we consider about Video, there doesn’t exist anything greater than 3D. Yes, even in 4D there is same screen as that of 3D, but what makes 4D different than 3D is the seat on which we sit and its additional effects such as movement of chair i.e. seat effect simulation. Where-else in 5D it includes all the features of 4D + various special effects like sprinkling of water on us, feeling of wind etc. but other than 3D,4D,5D i.e. 7D,9D,11D all these are the ‘Marketing Terms’ which are often raised as a ploy to attract more n more customers.

When we normally shoot a video from our mobile camera or a camera it gives us video in 2D which shows only length and breadth of the frame. Wherelse to get 3D video, 2 Cameras are used which are placed side by side (just like our eyes) both tilted and focusing on the same subject at the same time from different angle in such a way that we overall get 3D image. Thus, in this way the 3D film is made depicting all the length, breadth and height of the frame (with the glasses to make it look like it's popping out).

Q2] During summer coconut oil remains transparent and colorless but why during winters the same coconut oil solidifies and become white in color?
Ans
1) There are many materials in this world that are classified under Saturated and Unsaturated Fatty Acids. Now rather than specifying the chemical definitions of both the above stated terms; let’s know their basic working.
Saturated Fatty Acid: Have the tendency to remain SOLID at room temperature & they have HIGHER melting point.
Unsaturated Fatty Acid: Have the tendency to remain LIQUID at room temperature & they have LOWER melting point.
2) Temperature is also an important aspect for determining the physical state of any material. So, when the temperature decreases down to near freezing condition, some material like Oil, Water etc. starts solidifying through condensation & their inner atomic distance also become shorter.
3) Based on the chemical content of the material the body colour of the solid varies.
4) Now, the Coconut Oil has ‘91% Saturated Fatty Acid’ and its melting point is 24°C. (Oil remains in liquid form if temperature > 24°C and starts freezing if temperature ≤ 24°C). Hence by keeping all the above stated 3 points in mind and by merging all of them we can say that during winters as on an average the room temperature varies from 10°-20°C which go beyond to 24°C results the transparent and colorless oil into solid and white in color.
Let’s consider an example for more clear understanding of this concept:
Coconut Oil: Saturated Fatty Acid: 91%
Freezing Point: Temperature≤ 24°C
State during winters: Solidifies
Mustard Oil: Saturated Fatty Acid: 11.582%
Freezing Point: -5°C to -10°C
State during winters: Liquid

Q3] In India, can we get the vehicle owner’s information by just using the vehicle Number?
Ans:
In India, many a times there comes an occasion when we come to know that someone’s vehicle has been parked at our parking space but we actually don’t know whose vehicle is it. Many a times, during road accidents or during Hit-And-Run Case it becomes must to know the name of the vehicle owner, it becomes must to know the RTO from where the vehicle has been registered so as to know further more personal details from there.
So YES, we can get details like:
The RTO from where the vehicle is registered.
Owner's Name
The name of the vehicle along with its model name
The class of the vehicle.
The expiry date of registration certificate (RC) / fitness
certificate (FC)
Finance & Insurance details (if exist)
So, to get those above stated details All you have to do is SMS 'VAHAN space <Vehicle Number>' to 7738299899
Example: Send → VAHAN GJ01U* 9***
         To     → 7738299899
You will receive a SMS by MoRTH/NIC within few seconds or minutes.
But to get the above stated information, the vehicle must had been registered after 2005.
Thus, these were the questions in the Part1 of this series.
Feel free to comment in the comment section and feel free to ask any question, I’ll try my best to reply you with satisfactory answers. 😊
